Terms of use for the clifftop

1. Who runs the clifftop

These terms govern your use of tinmineclifftop.com ("Tinmine Clifftop", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of tinmineclifftop.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may play on the cliff

Tinmine Clifftop is meant only for people aged 18 or over. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins, and what they are not

• Every game on the cliff uses virtual coins, given out free of charge.
• Coins on the cliff have no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property.
• Coins can never be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in the app.
• No prize of any real-world value is offered on the cliff.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features on the cliff at any time.

4. No real-money gambling on the cliff

Tinmine Clifftop neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and it has no links to gambling operators.

5. Your account in the count-house book

• Pilchard Quay and Seaglass Cavern, the two worlds beyond the open one, need a free account. One account each; never share yours.
• Keep your password to yourself, and let the count house know at once if someone else has used your account.
• You may delete the account whenever you choose from your account page. It goes at once and cannot be restored.
• We may suspend an account used to disrupt the cliff, or one we believe is held by someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account, never become your property and can be reset.

6. Fair conduct on the cliff

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer to trade coins or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Keeping the engine houses running, and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that applies on the cliff

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, Cornwall included.
